Manpreet Dayal is the Client Relations Manager at Zane Networks. They work closely with the project, customer, and software development teams to improve usability and accessibility in various health IT applications. They are working to create more equitable, accessible, and sustainable infrastructure in the health tech space.
In May 2021, they earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. With this background, they work to dissect and understand the flaws within software through a unique socially equitable lens improving support and efficiency for health professionals. Manpreet is a perpetual learner with multiple passions who is always open to new experiences and opportunities.
